The modern high-quality fitted kitchen with 2-burner stove and microwave is fully equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large flat screen TV and a dining area. From the living room you get to a small balcony. A ladder leads to a gallery, on which there is a double bed (140x200 cm). Bed linen and towels are provided to the tenant. The one-time final cleaning fee is charged at 30 euros per hour. Internet is included in the rental price. A parking space can be rented for 120 euros. All the additional costs are already included in the rent, which applies to one person. When renting for two people, the rental price increases to 1.540 euros. The GEZ fee is registered and paid by the tenant himself.
