Due to the central location of the apartment, all shops for daily needs and public transport are within walking distance. The apartment is a listed building. The living room is furnished with a sofa, three armchairs, a cupboard with a flat screen TV and a stereo. A double door leads into the dining room, which is furnished with a dining table, a bench and three chairs, a cupboard and a sideboard, from here you can access one of the three balconies.
