We will be happy to analyse your property as part of an individual consultation and advise you on aspects such as possible furnishing costs, estimated rental income and utilisation rate. Since tenancy law reforms governed by the Mietrechtsnovellierungsgesetz do not extend to furnished letting for temporary use, there is greater freedom when setting the rent price. In our management contract we work with you to calculate the total achievable rental income, taking all costs into consideration. Another very important aspect: our management fees are fully tax deductible as advertising costs in your tax return for rental income in accordance with § 32 EstG (German Income Tax Act).

Within the scope of our cooperation, you determine the extent of our services. The costs depends on location factors and the range of selected services. Please get in touch with your local agency. As soon as a rental agreement has been concluded between the landlord and a prospective tenant on a property for which HC24 has provided the lead, the landlord will be charged a monthly fee by HC24 for the duration of the tenancy, the amount of which will be determined by the written agreement(15%/18% inkl. MwSt. / Monat) and the agreed monthly rent. The costs incurred by you as the tenant/owner for the agency services provided by HomeCompany/HC24 are fully tax deductible as advertising costs in your tax return for rental income in accordance with § 32 EstG (German Income Tax Act). This lowers the surplus from rental income accordingly.
