The location of the apartment offers good connections by car and train to Mainz, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Mannheim and Ludwigshafen. The train station is within 10 minutes walking distance. All stores for daily needs are located in the near vicinity.

The large living room with eat-in kitchen is furnished with a sofa bed, a sideboard with flat screen TV and a dining table with four chairs.

The modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. From this room you can access the balcony with a beautiful view of the vineyards.

In the bedroom there are two single beds (100 x 200 cm), which can be combined into a double bed, a desk and a large closet.

From the bedroom you enter the modern bathroom with daylight and ground-level shower.

To this apartment can be added another room with private bathroom, subject to availability and with extra charge.

Bed linen and towels are provided to the tenant. The washing machine is located in a storage room in the apartment. A regular cleaning service is mandatory and not included in the rental price, the details of which will be discussed with the landlord. Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of 180 euros will be charged with the deposit.
