The living room is furnished with a large sofa bed and a sideboard with flat screen TV. From the living room you can access the balcony with seating. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large closet. The modern eat-in kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped as well as furnished with a dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower with shower stall.
A storage room is located right next to the kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which is furnished with a desk, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The washing machine and dryer are located in a washing cellar and are available to the tenant for common use. Bed linen and towels are provided to the tenant. Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of 250 euros will be charged with the deposit. Internet is included in the rent. To the indicated rent, which is valid for one person, a heating and energy cost break in the amount of 70 euros is added. When renting for 2 or more people, the rent increases by 80 euros for each additional person. The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant himself.
