All shops for daily use, as well as public transport are nearby. Parking is only possible with a residents parking permit. The flat is suitable for 3 persons. The monthly rent for 2 persons incl. utilities is Euro 1300.- plus Euro 300.- pre payment for gas and electricity. For a 3rd person a monthly charge of Euro 50.- is due. After moving out the flat will be final cleaned (charge according to expense). Internet (wireless Internet) is already registerred and can be used immediately (incl. in the rent). The tenant should have a private liability insurance. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the flat. No energy certificate is required, as it is protection of historical monuments.
