This Heidi lady reports any bad review and only comment on good reviews. Thats against the freedom of speech. My experience with HannoverHome and Ms. Heidi Grundler was nothing short of disgraceful. This agency operates on deeply unethical practices, with blatant discrimination, financial exploitation, and a complete lack of accountability. Below is a breakdown of the appalling treatment I received: *1. Racial Discrimination and Verbal Abuse* Tenants are forced to pay for HannoverHome’s in-house cleaning services, an overpriced scam in itself. I was assigned a cleaner named Tanya, who didn’t speak a word of English. Despite always treating her with warmth and hospitality, serving her tea, coffee, or chocolates, she verbally assaulted me—calling me “stupid”—over a miscommunication about timing. Let that sink in: a guest in this country, working as a researcher at one of Germany’s premier institutes, being insulted in his own home. HannoverHome ignored the incident entirely, refusing to acknowledge or address it. The silence speaks volumes. *2. Say Goodbye to Your Security Deposit* Theft disguised as policy—that’s how HannoverHome treats your deposit. Ms. Grundler has an under-the-table understanding with landlords, fabricating petty excuses to withhold your money. This is not an isolated case; it’s a systemic scam. Most of my international colleagues faced the exact same ordeal. If you want your deposit back, be prepared for a long legal battle. Otherwise, consider it stolen. *3. Habitual Dishonesty: A Pathological Liar at the Helm* Ms. Grundler is a compulsive liar who constantly alters her statements depending on the audience—tenant, landlord, or staff. She manipulates both sides to maximize personal gain. The dishonesty is so systemic, it's difficult to believe anything coming from her or her team. *4. Neglect and Denial of Responsibility* When I moved in, the property had several unresolved issues and damages. I expected an agency like HannoverHome to verify that everything was in working order—but they clearly don’t care. Once you've signed, they wash their hands of all responsibility. They deny everything and only ever reach out when it's time to demand payment. *5. Grossly Inflated Rent – Exploiting Foreign Tenants* Rents charged by HannoverHome are 40–70% higher than the local market rate. They specifically target foreigners—especially those new to Germany—using English-speaking staff as bait. No German local would accept such extortionate prices. It's predatory, plain and simple. *6. They Vanish the Moment You Need Help* Lose your key? Need urgent repairs? Have a question? Good luck. HannoverHome becomes radio silent the moment money changes hands. Phone calls are ignored. Emails go unanswered. Even in emergencies, they’re nowhere to be found. For all intents and purposes, you’re on your own. This level of unprofessionalism is not just shameful—it’s dangerous. ---In Conclusion--- HannoverHome is a scam in the disguise of a rental agency. They exploit foreign tenants, engage in racially insensitive behavior, lie as a matter of routine, and show zero concern for tenant rights or well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to look elsewhere. If you value your peace of mind, your dignity, and your money—stay away.

My previous post has been deleted by HannoverHome because it was exposing their fraud business. Therefore, I am from another email ID. HannoverHome is a fruad. Avoid them. I returned their apartment in perfect condition. They checked and signed the documents, yet they did not return my security deposit.
