The weekly market rendezvous

Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a weekly market in Wiesbaden on the Dern'sche Gelände near the Marktkirche and city hall. Up to a hundred different stands attract gourmets, fans of organic food, and shoppers in search of regional produce. The market is also popular as a meeting place and, especially on Saturdays, the surrounding cafés and bars are packed. An ideal place for a break after shopping or for meeting people.
