There is also a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and access to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with bathtube and a bedrom woth double bed and desk. The highlight of the upper floor is the second bedroom with a double bed. From here you can acces the childrens area with sofa bed, TV and playroom. WIFI is registered and can be used. Shopping facilities and public transport are just a few minutes walk away. The monthly rent for up to 4 persons incl. all additional costs is 3300.- , plus final cleaning (charge at cost).
