The entrance area, living area with dark green couch, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining room with space for up to 10 people are located on the lower level of the apartment. A pretty blue bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on this floor. Last but not least, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds on the lower floor. The highlight of the upper floor is the second livingroom with couch and TV from which you have direct access to the roof terrace. There is also another bedroom on this floor as well as a room which can be used as an office. A smaller bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a children"s play area can also be found on this floor. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also located in the apartment. WIFI is registered and can be used. Shopping facilities and public transport are just a few minutes walk away. The monthly rent for up to 6 persons incl. all additional costs is Euro 4100.-, plus final cleaning (charge at cost). Smoking and pets are not permitted. An energy certificate is not available due to monument protection.
