The living-dining-sleeping area offers a fully equipped fitted kitchen (2-plate ceramic hob, small grill, fridge with freezer) and a dining area for 4 people. In the living area there is a comfortable corner couch, side tables, TV and Swedish stove. The large window front with sliding door provides access to the terrace of about 12 square meters. A bed (1.60 m x 2.0 m) and two single-door closets are available. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a floor-level rain shower, mirror, sink shelves and towel racks and as a special highlight, a built-in sauna is integrated. (Sauna use is billed separately according to consumption). A parking space is available. Washing machine and dryer are available by arrangement (washing day). The all-inclusive rent is 850.00 euros (incl. utilities, plus broadcasting fee) for 1 person. For one additional person, there is a surcharge of 50.00 euros. A 14-day interim cleaning for the sanitary-sauna area is charged at 25.00 euros/hour. The deposit amounts to 1.700,00 Euro. When moving out, a final cleaning fee of €25.00/hour will be charged based on the amount of work required.
