The bathroom has a glass shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror, linen cupboard and washing machine. There is a coat rack in the entrance area.

The entire flat has underfloor heating and a modern ventilation system. Towels and bed linen are provided. The cost of a parking space and WiFi are included in the flat rate rent.

The flat rate rent for one person is €1,200.00, with a surcharge of €50.00 per month for a second person. For the winter months from October to April inclusive, there is an additional heating charge of €75.00. When moving out, a final cleaning fee of €25.00/hour will be charged. The deposit is two times the flat rate rent.
