The furnished apartment is located outside municipality of Langenargen, on the raised first floor of a single-family house with a large covered south-facing balcony. In the living room you will find a couch, a coffee table, a TV and a sideboard. Another room is furnished with a dining table with chairs and a desk. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a 4-door closet, a single bed and a closet in another bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower cabin, 2 sinks and a toilet. There is also a guest toilet and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided by the landlords. The apartment has been newly renovated and equipped with solid wood parquet and tile floors. A parking space is available. The heating costs and costs for hot and cold water are included in the flat warm rent. Should the apartment be rented by two people, a monthly surcharge of 80.00 euros will be charged. For the electricity a deduction of 50,00 Euro per month will be charged, billing according to actual consumption. The broadcasting fee and garbage fees are not included in the flat warm rent, the registration is the responsibility of the tenant.
