Living room and bedroom with queen-size double bed (1.60 x 2.0 m), two bedside tables with lamps, small table with chairs for 2 people, two wardrobes (0.60 x 2.40 m each), large flat-screen smart TV (50 inches) and a single bed (0.80 x 2.0 m) with shelf base (additional storage space), which can also be used as a sofa. The south-facing loggia (covered on 3 sides, protected from rain) offers a view of the Hochgrat. There is also access to a brick-built, dry, lockable storage room. Bathroom with shower, sink, open vanity unit, mirror, towel dryer, and toilet.
