The kitchen-dining-living room offers a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining table with three chairs, a sofa with coffee table and access to the terrace with mountain views. The bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) and a two-door wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and shelf.

Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as a washing machine for shared use. A parking space is available, bicycle parking by arrangement.

The flat-rate rent is € 770 per month (including utilities, plus broadcasting licence fee). Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of € 25/hour will be charged. The deposit is two flat-rate rents.
