This cosy, sunny 2-room granny flat is located on the 1st floor of a detached house in a quiet location on the outskirts of Buchloe. A large garden for shared use with fruit trees and its own seating area invites you to relax. The bright living room offers a single kitchen (equipped with 2 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and pots), a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas with side table, a desk with small TV and satellite reception and a large bookshelf. The separate bedroom with sloping ceiling has a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe with mirrored door (approx. 1.30 x 2 m), as well as a chair and bedside table with lamp. A travel cot can be provided on request. The daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with mirror and a WC. A separate covered entrance leads to the lower hallway and via the wooden staircase with vestibule into the flat with lockable entrance door. Wooden floorboards are laid in the living room and bedroom, tiles in the bathroom and carpet in the hallway. Free parking is possible on the street (quiet zone), a bicycle parking space is also available. Two normal bicycles can be rented on request. Towels and bed linen are provided in 2 sets each. The monthly all-inclusive rent for 1 person is 980.00 euros (including all additional costs). For a 2nd person there is a monthly surcharge of 75.00 euros, for a small child 40.00 euros. The deposit is two monthly all-inclusive rents. A final cleaning fee of 35.00 Euro/hour will be charged upon moving out, an intermediate cleaning can be arranged on request.
