This cosy, sunny 2-room granny flat is located on the 1st floor of a detached house in a quiet location on the outskirts of Buchloe. A large garden with fruit trees and its own seating area invites you to relax.

The bright living room offers a single kitchen (equipped with 2 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, as well as crockery and pots), a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas with side table, a desk with small TV and satellite reception, and a large bookcase. The separate bedroom with sloping ceiling has a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe with mirrored doors (approx. 1.30 x 2 m), as well as a chair and bedside table with lamp. A travel cot can be provided on request. The daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. A private covered entrance leads to the lower hallway and, via a wooden staircase with an entrance hall, to the flat with a lockable entrance door. The living room and bedroom have wooden floorboards, the bathroom has tiles and the hallway has carpet. Parking is free on the street (traffic-calmed zone) and bicycle parking is also available. Two standard bicycles can be borrowed on request. Two sets of towels and bed linen are provided.

The monthly flat rate rent for one person is €980.00 (including all utilities, broadcasting fees and Wi-Fi). There is a surcharge of €75.00 per month for a second person and €40.00 per month for a small child. For home office use, a flat rate of €30 per month is added. The deposit is two months" flat-rate rent. When moving out, a final cleaning fee of €35.00/hour will be charged, interim cleaning can be arranged by agreement.
