Further equipments are: timeless and friendly furniture, parquet flooring, own parking place in front of the house, very good transport connection with tram and car, cleaning- and laundry service available for extra charge, non-smoker flat, bed linen and towels are not provided, internet on request by extra charge (20 EUR/month). Preferably for weekend commuters.
