This comfortably furnished apartment (27 m²) is located in Leipzig-Schleußig in a city villa (in the basement) with a view into the garden.

The nearby Volkspark Kleinzschocher with its summer swimming pool and the Auwald forest are ideal for recovery. By bike, you can quickly get through the parks to the popular south of Leipzig or to Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Cospuden or to the centre of Leipzig. A short way to the B2 allows a good connection to the A 38.

The living / sleeping area is furnished with a single bed, with a sofa bed for temporary use for 1 guest and a workstation.

In the American kitchen (without oven) with a small dining counter, there is basic equipment for cooking and eating.

The bathroom has a window and a shower.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:

• electricity prepayment 50 EUR
• landline telephone- / WiFi flatrate 30 EUR
• Heating flat rate (October-April) 35 EUR
• Final cleaning (charged at EUR 35 net per hour)

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
