Centrum-Süd, has a varied and appetising gastronomic landscape, in a magnificent setting of Gründerzeit houses. Centrum-Süd is a popular residential area because of its close proximity to the city centre but also to the large Clara-Zetkin Park.

The living and sleeping room is equipped with a leather sofa, a double bed (1.40m), a workstation to work comfortably from home.

The American kitchen is fully equipped (with a dishwasher).
