A quietly located flat, ideally suited for tenants with work commitments. The living room with its 2-seater invites you to linger comfortably after a long day at work. A desk is also integrated in the living area.

The separate bedroom offers space for a double bed (1.40 m).

The galley kitchen (with microwave, without cooker, with 2 hotplates) is rounded off by a dining table for 2 persons.
