Shopping facilities and supermarkets are also available in the new media quarter. The city centre is not far away by bus and tram, and the distance can also be covered on foot without much effort.

The flat is 56m² in size and is divided into a spacious living area with sofa, workstation and dining table for up to 2 people, a bedroom with double bed (1.60m), a kitchen open to the living area (with dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower.

The use of a washing machine and dryer is possible for a fee (in the cellar).
