Süd-Gohlis is located north of the city centre and is a residential area characterised by Wilhelminian style streets and Art Nouveau villas. During a walk, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian period. Not far from the Gohliser Schlösschen is the idyllic historic park Rosenthal.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with a comfortable armchair and a double bed (1.40m).

The separate kitchen-cum-living-room (with dishwasher) is fully equipped with a dining area for 3 people.

The daylight bathroom has a shower. A washing machine is available.

A parking space in the courtyard is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 50,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:

• WiFi 20 EUR
• Heating flat rate (October-April) 45 EUR
• Final cleaning (charged at EUR 35 net per hour)
