The centrally located furnished apartment (45 m²) with elevator is located directly in Leipzig"s city center and has been furnished both modernly and very lovingly.

The compact and mostly car-free city center is popular with locals and visitors. Those interested in shopping will find short distances and an impressive passenger system. Rather unusual for large German cities, well-preserved historic buildings and streets characterize the image of Leipzig"s city center.

The living / sleeping area is flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling windows and furnished, among other things, with a cozy couch corner as well as a dining table for up to 4 people.

The separate sleeping area has a double bed (1.40m).

The kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher).

In the bathroom there is a shower, the washing machine is located in a storage room.

An underground parking space is available as an option. The availability is to be inquired with the owner. The fee for this is 150,- EUR and is to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
