The flat is located on the 6th floor.

The large living room is furnished with a sofa and a dining table for 4 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a bathtub (with glass partition). A washer-dryer is available.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m).

INTERNET IS AVAILABLE.

The landlord has already registered the broadcasting fee (GEZ). The fees for this are to be paid by the tenant.

An underground parking space is optionally available. The availability is to be inquired at the owner. The fee for this is 150,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rent is for 1 person (more on request) and is plus the fee for electricity, cable-TV (19,- EUR), internet (35,- EUR) and TV tax (18,- EUR). *** During the HEATING PERIOD OCTOBER-APRIL the rent increases by 50,- EUR. ***

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.
