Shopping facilities and supermarkets are also available in the new media quarter. The Zentrum-Ost is a prestigious and inviting district.

The light-flooded living room is furnished with a sofa and a dining table for 4 people.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped (without dishwasher).

The bedroom offers a double bed (1,80 m).

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (with glass shower partition) as well as a washing machine.

A duplex garage parking space belongs to the flat. The fee for this is 75,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
