The living space of this spacious 2-room flat totalling 66 m² is divided into a cosy and modern furnished living room with a nice sofa corner (with sleeping function for temporary use by guests), a workplace to work comfortably from home, a bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) and a kitchen-cum-living room (with dishwasher) with dining table for 3 persons.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower partition as well as a washing machine.

An underground parking space is optionally available. Please contact the owner for availability. The fee for this is EUR 150 and is payable in addition to the rent.
