Süd-Gohlis is located north of the city centre. The neighbourhood is certainly one of the most beautiful residential areas in Leipzig. During a walk, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian period. Not far from the Gohliser Schlösschen is the idyllic historic Rosenthal Park.

The large living and dining area with access to the balcony is furnished, among other things, with a sofa set (sofa bed for temporary use by guests) and a dining table for 4 people.
