The stately residential quarter, with its green and quiet side streets, is one of the most popular residential areas in Leipzig. The excellent, central location allows you to reach Leipzig city centre on foot in just a few minutes. The neighbourhood is dynamic, diverse, family-friendly and exclusive.

The large windows make the rooms very bright. With a total living area of 38 m², the flat is divided into a spacious living and sleeping area with a comfortable sofa (with sleep function for temporary guests) and separate double bed (1.60 m), a small workplace for working comfortably from home, a separate kitchen (with dishwasher) with a dining table for 2 people.

The large wardrobe has been integrated into the hallway area to allow for a pleasant feel-good ambience in the living and sleeping area.

The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine is available.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:

• charge additional person 100 EUR
• WiFi 35 EUR
• Heating flat rate (October-April) 45 EUR
• Final cleaning (charged at EUR 35 net per hour)
