This comfortably furnished studio, quietly located to the inner courtyard of an apartment building in Leipzig-Gohlis, offers everything you need for a pleasant temporary stay.

Gohlis, north of the city centre, is one of the more affluent but certainly also one of the most beautiful residential areas in Leipzig and is particularly popular with families with children. During a walk, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian period.

Overall, the studio is furnished over 2 levels with great attention to detail. The couch invites you to relax after a long day at work. A desk has been integrated into the living room for comfortable working from home. The American kitchen (with microwave, without cooker, with 2 hotplates) is open to the living room.

The sleeping area is on the upper level and offers a double bed (1.60 m).

The bathroom has a shower area.

Use of the washing machine is possible (for a fee).

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
