Süd-Gohlis is located north of the city centre and is a residential area characterised by Wilhelminian style streets and Art Nouveau villas. During a walk, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian period. Not far from the Gohliser Schlösschen is the idyllic historic park Rosental.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with a comfortable sofa and a double bed (1.40m).

The open-plan American kitchen (with dishwasher) is fully equipped with a dining area for 2 people.

The daylight bathroom has a shower. A washing machine is available.

A parking space in the courtyard is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 50,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rental price is for 1 person and is plus the fees for electricity, cable TV (20,- EUR) and internet (20,- EUR). *** During the HEATING PERIOD OCTOBER-APRIL the rent increases by 45,- EUR. ***

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
