Gohlis is located in the northern part of Leipzig and is a residential area characterised by Wilhelminian style streets and Art Nouveau villas. The neighbourhood has an unmistakable middle-class character.

The living room has a cosy sofa (sofa bed for temporary accommodation for guests) and a dining table for up to 4 people.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60m).

The kitchen is equipped with a small mobile oven, a microwave and 3 hotplates.
