In addition, you will find everything necessary for daily life in the immediate vicinity: Supermarket, pharmacy, baker, greengrocer. The "Stötteritzer Wäldchen" invites you to stroll and jog.

The apartment offers on approx. 33 sqm everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m), a comfortable couch and a small reading corner in the bay window. External blinds guarantee the desired privacy.
