It is only about 15 minutes to the city center by public transport. The heart clinic can be reached quickly and easily. In addition, you will find everything necessary for daily life in the immediate vicinity: Supermarket, pharmacy, baker, greengrocer. The "Stötteritzer Wäldchen" invites you to stroll and jog.

The apartment offers on approx. 33 sqm everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m), a comfortable couch and a small reading corner in the bay window. External blinds guarantee the desired privacy.

The open kitchen (without dishwasher) is well equipped and has a dining table for 2 people.
