This furnished apartment on the 3rd floor is conveniently located in the southeast of the city. You have short distances to the Tram line 4 as well as to the S-Bahn (city train) lines 1, 2, 4 and 5. It is only about 15 minutes to the city center by public transport. The heart clinic can be reached quickly and easily. In addition, you will find everything necessary for daily life in the immediate vicinity: Supermarket, pharmacy, baker, greengrocer. The "Stötteritzer Wäldchen" invites you to stroll and jog.

The apartment offers on approx. 33 sqm everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m), a comfortable couch and a small reading corner in the bay window. External blinds guarantee the desired privacy.

The open kitchen (without dishwasher) is well equipped and has a dining table for 2 people.

A large closet with plenty of capacity is located in the hallway.

The bathroom has a bathtub.
