Everything is lovingly furnished in a modern style. The flat includes a living room with a comfortable couch (sofa bed for temporary guests) as well as a workplace, the bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m) as well as a separate kitchen, which is fully equipped (without dishwasher), with integrated dining area for 2 people.

The bathroom with daylight offers a bathtub as well as a washer-dryer.

All shops for daily needs are of course within walking distance.
