The living room and bedroom is divided into two areas. On the right is the sleeping area with a comfortable 1.40 m bed and storage space in the bed drawers. On the left side awaits the comfort area with 1 ottoman.

The separate kitchen is beautifully lit by two large windows across the corner and is furnished with a dining area for 3 people, which can also be used as a workplace, and a fitted kitchen with dishwasher.

The generously designed daylight bathroom has a shower with high-quality glass partition.

Washing machine and dryer are in the basement (WITHOUT charge, shared by three living areas: 2 washing machines + 1 dryer).

A car parking space can be rented optionally.
