Süd-Gohlis is located north of the city centre and is a residential area characterised by Wilhelminian style streets and Art Nouveau villas. The neighbourhood has an unmistakable middle-class character and is certainly one of the most beautiful residential areas in Leipzig and is particularly popular with families with children. During a walk, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian period. Not far from the Gohliser Schlösschen is the idyllic historic park Rosenthal.

The flat has a total living space of 62 m² and is divided into a spacious living room with a nice sofa corner and dining table for 4 people, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m) and a workstation to work comfortably from home, a kitchen (with dishwasher) and a bathroom with bathtub (with shower partition / washing machine).
