Everything is lovingly furnished. The flat includes a large living room with a cosy sofa (sofa bed for temporary sleeping for guests) and dining table for 2 persons, the bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a separate kitchen, which is fully equipped (without dishwasher).

The bathroom has a shower. Own washing machine is available (in the cellar).

All shops for daily needs are of course within walking distance.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
