The neighbourhood has an unmistakable middle-class character and is certainly one of the most beautiful residential areas in Leipzig. During a walk, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian period. Not far from the Gohliser Schlösschen is the idyllic historic park Rosenthal.

The flat is furnished with attention to detail and offers a large living room with a cosy seating area as well as a dining table for 3 people. The bedroom, which is quietly located facing the inner courtyard, has a double bed (1.60 m). The separate kitchen, which is fully equipped (including a dishwasher), offers a small counter with seating for 2 people for a quick snack.
