The furnished 2-room flat (61m²) in South Gohlis with balcony is located in one of the oldest and greenest districts of Leipzig - conveniently situated to the A9/ A14, close to DHL/Porsche/BMW with a good connection to the S-Bahn.

Gohlis, north of the city centre, is one of the more affluent but certainly also one of the most beautiful residential areas in Leipzig and is particularly popular with families with children. During a walk, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian period. Not far from the Gohliser Schlösschen is the idyllic historic park Rosenthal.

The living room has a cosy sofa and a dining table for up to 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m). The American kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher).

The daylight bathroom offers a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
