Gohlis is located in the northern part of the city of Leipzig and is a residential area characterised by Gründerzeit streets and Art Nouveau villas. The neighbourhood has an unmistakable middle-class character and is very popular.

The spacious 2-room flat is tastefully furnished with that certain something. The large mullioned windows let plenty of sunlight into the airy, bright living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa to relax on in the evening. The desk is also located here.

The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m) and plenty of storage space. The opaque curtains screen the room from the outside.
