Our quietly located, furnished 2-room apartment in beautiful Leutzsch with terrace and friendly and functional equipment can be used very well as a commuter apartment. Drivers have a short way to the A9, so a good connection to Leuna or Bitterfeld.

Leutzsch is a district close to nature. The immediate vicinity of the Auwald forest and the streetscape with its mix of exclusive and simple housing invite you to explore the city and go for walks. The A 9 motorway can be easily reached from here. There are also connections to the A 14. Within Leipzig, there is an S-Bahn connection via Leipzig-Leutzsch station, from which you can quickly reach the main train station and the airport.

The kitchen-living room is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable couch, a small pantry kitchen and a microwave. Here is also the access to the terrace overlooking the green courtyard.

The bedroom offers a 1.40 m wide bed and a wardrobe.

From the bedroom you can access the bathroom with shower.
