The spacious studio apartment with large window front (flooded with light) and balcony is located in the center of Leipzig, near the university hospital.

You can also reach the apartment comfortably with the elevator. The apartment is modern and cozy furnished with a large double bed (1.80 m), a dining area for more than 4 people and a cozy sofa corner. The long window front is equipped with opaque curtains.

The spacious bathroom, furnished with various storage options, has a large and floor-to-ceiling shower area.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped (no oven, 2 stovetops, microwave), with everything needed for everyday living.

A laundry room is located in the basement. Here you have the possibility to use washing machines / dryers for a fee. A fitness room for shared use is also available.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
