With a total living space of 40 m², the flat is divided into an open living room with a sofa corner as well as a dining table for 2 people and a workspace and the separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m).

The kitchen offers everything you need (dishwasher, oven, cooker with 2 hotplates).

The bathroom offers a shower.

The use of washing machine and dryer is possible against coins.
