The district has an unmistakable middle-class character and is certainly one of the most beautiful residential areas in Leipzig. During a stroll, you can marvel at numerous magnificent villas from the Wilhelminian era.

With a living space of approx. 70 m², the apartment is divided into a bedroom with a wide double bed (1.80 m), a fully equipped living room with a workstation and a cozy couch and a small bedroom with a single bed (0.80 m, can be extended to a second bed of 0.80 m).

The bright eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. There is also access to the balcony.

The bathroom has a bathtub with low entry and a washing machine.
