Lindenau, together with neighbouring Plagwitz, was for a long time the industrial heart of Leipzig and lies to the west of Leipzig city centre. This district offers access to Leipzig"s Auenwald forest and the Palmengarten. This urban district is characterised by rich Wilhelminian-style buildings and old industrial monuments as well as a diverse cultural scene.

The modern furnished flat is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly and energetically renovated old building in a quiet side street.

The bright living room is furnished with a cosy and modern couch, smart TV and a dining table for 4 people. The box-spring sofa can be pulled out into a spacious bed and can be used to temporarily accommodate guests.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide, also box-spring). There is also a small workstation here.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a dining table for 4 people.

The bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower and a bathtub. The washer-dryer is located in a separate storage room.

You can relax wonderfully on the large balcony. The windows have external blinds.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
