Plagwitz is located just a few kilometers southwest of the center of Leipzig and surprises with an interesting mix of residential and industrial architecture, culture and commerce. The diverse, lively district is often referred to as Little Venice. The water city of Leipzig shows its best side here: the Karl Heine Canal and the canal network of the Weiße Elster invite you to go on extended paddling tours. Plagwitz is a hotspot for the creative scene.

With a living space of 44 m², the apartment is divided into a bright living area with an open yet separate kitchen (with dishwasher) and a dining table for 2 people. Here you will also find a small workspace for occasional home office days.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m) and a closet. Blackout curtains also offer sleeping comfort during the day.

The spacious daylight bathroom has a bathtub and a washer-dryer.
