Centrum-Süd, has a varied and appetising gastronomic landscape, in a magnificent setting of Gründerzeit houses. Centrum-Süd is a popular residential area due to its close proximity to the city centre but also to the large Clara-Zetkin Park.
The spacious living room is furnished with a large leather corner couch (sofa bed for temporary use by guests), a workplace for working comfortably from home and a dining table for 3 people. Here is also the access to the balcony with a view into the greenery!
