The furnished apartment (30m²) is located in a quiet residential area in Holzhausen, in the southeast of Leipzig. The A14 and A38 motorways are within easy reach. Local transport connections to the city center are very convenient by bus and train.

The living and bedroom with a view of the countryside is equipped functional and cozy, with a dining area, single bed and sofa bed for temporary guests. There is also a washer-dryer in the fitted kitchen (without dishwasher).

The apartment can be darkened with external blinds if required.

A parking space is available under the carport.

The daylight bathroom has a shower with glass partition.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:

• advance payment for electricity: EUR 50 per month
• heating cost surcharge (October until April): EUR 35 per month
• broadcasting fees
• final cleaning: EUR 35 net per hour
