It is divided into a spacious eat-in kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with daylight, a bedroom with double bed and additional single bed / cupboard bed, another small bedroom with single bed / cupboard bed.
A washing machine and a dryer in the cellar can be shared by arrangement.
Towels, blankets + pillows and comforter covers are provided.
The heating is electric.
The additional costs are a flat rate including all additional costs.
A W-LAN guest connection can be used free of charge (50 Mbit). TV set with DVB-T connection.
Broadcasting fees and other TV connection if required are to be ordered and paid by the tenant.
The apartment can be used by a maximum of 3 people.
