If you like, you can relax in your free time in the nearby "Barnsdorfer Wald" on paved paths, during a walk, as well as in the Rostock Zoo, which has been awarded "Best Zoo in Europe in Category B" several times.

The 1-room apartment on the 1st floor is 20 square meters and suitable for one person. The living room is furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm), a desk with armchair, a wall shelf, two wardrobes with hanging options, storage compartments and sufficient drawers, a side table and a flat screen TV. In a cloakroom opposite the wardrobes, everyday shoes and jackets can find their place. From the living room you can reach the balcony. Smoking is only allowed on this balcony. All windows can be blacked out.

The existing pantry kitchen is equipped with two hotplates and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. In the wall cupboard belonging to the kitchen, you will find all kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, etc.. Of course, a kettle is also available.

The bathroom has a window, a shower with a shower curtain and a sink with a practical mirror cabinet. A hair dryer is also on site.

In addition, cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, drying rack with clips, iron and ironing board are available to the tenant, as is the use of a laundry floor. There is no dishwasher or washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are offered to the tenant on request every 14 days and of course replaced free of charge.

The rent is a flat rate including all additional costs. Internet and a parking space are included in the rent. A cleaning service can be booked on request and at an additional cost. When moving out, a final cleaning fee of €40.00 will be charged.

Pets are not allowed.

The license fee is registered and paid by the tenant himself.
